Cancellation Policy
At Waxing with Lora, appointment times are reserved just for you. To keep things running smoothly and respect everyone’s time, the following policy applies:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment. Any updates must be made outside of the 24-hour window through your booking profile.
Arriving on time is important. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, adjusted, or cancelled. If your appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, a fee may still apply.
Appointment/Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the service cost.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Appointments booked under your name are your responsibility. If someone else uses your booking or you book an appointment for someone and they cancel late or does not show, the fee will still apply to you.

Any outstanding fees must be paid before booking future appointments. This policy helps keep scheduling fair and allows availability for other clients.
This policy ensures that any open appointments can be offered to clients waiting, while also keeping online booking easy and fair for everyone.
